“For better management and care, we ask our patients a deposit of 50€ for the confirmation of their visit. After requesting a date and time, we will reserve your appointment for 24 hours pending receipt of the deposit. If this is not done, the space will be released and offered to another patient. On the day of the session you will only have to pay the remaining amount of the treatment.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Appointments can be modified only once by phone (NO WHATSAPP) up to 48 working hours before the reserved date, otherwise, you will lose your deposit.
In case of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable.”
